Peggy H. Yang, Ph.D.

Taking a step towards counseling can be a freeing process. Perhaps you have realized that you want to improve your relationships, to learn ways to overcome challenging circumstances, or to regain a sense of equilibrium in your life. You have already accomplished the first step by acknowledging that you want to make a positive change. Finding a counselor who you trust is the second step in this process. I invite you to contact me to talk about how we might work together to meet your needs.

I practice psychology from a solution-focused, supportive, and interactive approach. I utilize evidence-based treatments to help you reach your goals. For example, I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat anxiety and depression and an Interpersonal Process approach to help you develop versatility in communicating with family, friends, and colleagues.

I also provide career counseling and career testing to explore career options and nurture career development.
